Here's a real story from one of our hiking friends. Her eldest daughter, aged 8, dug deep into her pockets and decided to also help her little sister aged 2:
"EJ actually counted out all her change and singles that she had ($12). And she gave younger Maia $4 (all in coins) so Maia could also contribute!!"
